Having trouble making an online purchase?

Do you accept orders outside of Australia?

We only accept online orders from Australia at the moment. Please contact us via email or telephone +61 8 8212 5655 if you have any questions regarding international deliveries. All sales are deemed to have occurred in Adelaide, Australia.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery time to any Australian address is between 3-10 working days. 'Made to Order' items such as rings, will take about 2-3 weeks to be created, we will inform you when the item is despatched, then the standard delivery time frame applies. Sorry we do not offer C.O.D or rain checks. View more information about delivery.

How much does delivery cost?

My delivery hasn't arrived, what can I do?

Please contact us on +61 8 8212 5655, our help center is open Monday to Friday: 9.30am - 5pm Adelaide time, otherwise you can email us – info@rawspace.com.au.

Which payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa & Master Card.

On the payment page its asking for a security code, where can I find this?

The card security code is the last three digits above signature strip on the reverse of your Credit or Debit card.

Can I return my purchase for a refund if I change my mind?

Unfortunately we can only refund or exchange purchases if it defective. Please choose carefully when purchasing from this site as you will be responsible for the delivery costs back to our office. We note that due to health regulations, we are not able to accept returns of earrings and returns of earrings will only be accepted where the product is faulty.

Can I be confident entering my credit card details on your site?

Payments made from Rawspace use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology to secure your payment information. Rawspace does not store your credit card details. PayPal does store your credit card details within a password protected account. Always check for the secure padlock icon when using your credit card as this shows the website is secure.

How is my personal information used?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988).

We collect information about (including your personal information) you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service including making you aware of new products, and offers. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. [We will not sell or pass on your personal information to other parties]. We will give you the chance to opt out of receiving further marketing emails from us. We do not collect sensitive information about you. We endeavour to keep your information accurate and up to date.
